Highly recommend! The owner is amazing! I bought a Gore-tex waterproof jacket overseas, but the cuff adjustment strap broke and lost its stickiness. I found the owner through map reviews and asked if they offered a service to replace the cuff Velcro. After purchasing the adjustment strap on Shopee, I returned to the owner, and the next day, my jacket was revived! The work was incredibly fast, and you can't even tell that it was repaired—the stitching is flawless. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the pricing is very reasonable!
